Are your peptides tested for purity?+
Yes. Every batch is analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) against a ≥99% purity specification, and molecular identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry. A batch-coded Certificate of Analysis ships with every order.
How fast is shipping within Australia?+
Orders placed before 12pm AEST dispatch the same business day via express post. Most Australian metro addresses receive orders in 1-2 business days; regional addresses typically 2-3 business days. Orders over $250 ship free.
Do you ship from within Australia?+
Yes — all orders dispatch from within Australia. There are no customs delays, import seizures or overseas tracking black holes.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure encrypted form and never touch our servers.
What does 'research use only' mean?+
Our products are laboratory reagents supplied strictly for in-vitro research. They are not therapeutic goods, have not been evaluated by the TGA, and must not be used on humans or animals. Acceptance of these terms is a condition of every sale.
How should I store lyophilised peptides?+
Store sealed lyophilised vials at -20°C, protected from light and moisture — they remain stable for years. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C and use within 28 days.
Can I get the Certificate of Analysis for my batch?+
A COA is included with every order. You can also email us the batch code printed on your vial label at any time and we'll send the matching certificate.
What is your returns policy?+
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days. Damaged-in-transit orders are replaced free — just email a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
Is my order packaged discreetly?+
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded express satchels with no indication of contents.
