• All parcels include tracking, emailed at dispatch.
• Packaging is plain and unbranded with no indication of contents.

Peptide Stability in Transit

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of domestic express shipping. Compounds are packed with protective cushioning, and temperature-sensitive items include desiccant. On arrival, transfer lyophilised vials to -20°C storage.

Returns — Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email info@australianpeptidelab.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — including free return shipping where a return is required.

Because research peptides are temperature-sensitive laboratory reagents, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened, unsealed, or improperly stored products. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
