• Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days dispatch the same day.
• Express post: metro areas typically 1-2 business days, regional 2-3 business days.
• Flat rate $14.95 — free on orders over $250.
• All parcels include tracking, emailed at dispatch.
• Packaging is plain and unbranded with no indication of contents.

Peptide Stability in Transit

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of domestic express shipping. Compounds are packed with protective cushioning, and temperature-sensitive items include desiccant. On arrival, transfer lyophilised vials to -20°C storage.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the parcel and contents to info@australianpeptidelab.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement free of charge.

Returns

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original shipping). Because peptides are temperature-sensitive, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Contact us before returning any item.
